Strategy: Score and Cover

1. Step One: Using a simple design, we will quickly score and then cover the opponents hole, before they even get moving. Yes it will be that fast.
2. Step Two: Victory. What else did you expect?

Concept selection:

1. Our concept is centered around the same idea of our strategy: Simple is king. By using a simple machine we can focus on robust design and manufacturing to ensure repeatability and accuracy. Our three modules are the frame, drivetrain and ball harvesting system. 


1. Frame: A lightweight, sturdy design that is angled in the back to ensure solid anchoring. The back end of the machine has hooks that will lock us into the opponents hole. 
2. Drivetrain: Dual gear box with direct axles to rubber coated wheels. This will ensure extreme maneuverability. 
3. The ball collection system: This will include a shutter that holds the balls in during turning and travel and beads within the collection area that will reduce friction between the balls and the machine.
